1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or engaging Dhinoja Global LLC for 24/7 AI automation services (including AI talking websites, automated missed call text-back, review acceleration, multi-channel auto-responders, and social posting suites), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Scope of Services
Dhinoja Global LLC provides proprietary business process automation architectures, software configuration, conversational AI voice setups, and customer engagement consulting. All implementations are configured based on client-approved scripts, operational hours, and business specifications.
3. Client Responsibilities, Call to Action (CTA) & Messaging Compliance
Clients must provide accurate service descriptions, pricing guidelines, and operating parameters for AI agent prompt engineering. Clients acknowledge that all outbound text messaging and telecommunications must adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including TCPA and CTIA carrier requirements.
Methods of End-User Consent: End-users consent to communications from Dhinoja Global LLC via: (1) Interactive Web Chat opt-in through our website chat widget; (2) Inbound SMS Keywords (such as DEMO, START, or YES sent to 470-798-4800); (3) Verbal Consent during live phone interactions with our representatives or AI receptionist; and (4) QR Code & Short-Link opt-in. We do not use web lead-capture forms to collect consent or personal information.
When opting in to text messaging from Dhinoja Global LLC, you agree to receive informational and/or promotional SMS messages regarding appointment confirmations, service reminders, AI consultation notifications, quote updates, and demo scheduling. Message frequency varies (up to 4 msgs/month). Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out anytime by replying STOP or request help by replying HELP. Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of purchase.
4. Carrier Liability for SMS Messages
Wireless carriers and telecommunication service providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Dhinoja Global LLC does not guarantee the timely delivery, receipt, or completion of any SMS or text-message communication. Message delivery may be affected by network availability, carrier routing, signal strength, device settings, or other factors outside of our control. You acknowledge that any reliance on text-message notifications is at your own risk.
5. Age Eligibility Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or engaging Dhinoja Global LLC for AI automation services, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements. We do not knowingly provide services to minors, and any use of our services by a person under 18 is unauthorized and void.
6. System Availability & Service Levels
Our automated systems are designed to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with high availability. Scheduled maintenance or third-party telecommunication network interruptions are communicated whenever feasible.
7. Intellectual Property
All proprietary AI prompts, workflow automation graphs, custom code, and software interfaces authored by Dhinoja Global LLC remain the intellectual property of Dhinoja Global LLC, licensed to active clients during their service term.
